What are your minimum order quantities?
For custom programmes, we typically begin at 150 units per style. Private-label production starts at 500 units per SKU. Smaller pilot runs are available during sampling.
What are typical lead times?
Sampling takes 2-3 weeks. Bulk production runs 6-10 weeks depending on fabric availability, embroidery complexity, and quantity.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We colour-match to Pantone references and provide lab dips for approval before bulk dyeing.
Do you offer private-label manufacturing?
We do. Many of our long-term partners white-label our production under their own labels, care tags, and packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
We regularly ship across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Oceania via sea and air freight.
